It’s a wonder another government department hasn’t come along and erected luminous yellow, triangle safety hazard signs, beside each one.

When mankind first crawled out of the ocean, grew legs and started walking upright, did Perth residents only evolve to goldfish status, hence the need to be reminded every 3 seconds…..oh look at that a blue sign.
